During my recent stay at Pension Lärchenbrunn in Westendorf, I was thoroughly impressed by the charm and hospitality that this family-run establishment offers. Nestled in a stunning location, the rustic rooms are adorned with Alpine-style furniture and feature spacious balconies that provide breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains-perfect for sipping a morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze after a day on the slopes. With clean and well-maintained facilities, including a ski storage room with a heated boot dryer, it truly catered to my needs as a skiing enthusiast. The staff, especially Birgit, were friendly and ever-so-helpful; when I realized I'd left my travel kettle, they promptly lent me one to enjoy a warm brew while winding down. Breakfast was a delightful spread, providing everything a traveler could need to kickstart an adventurous day-paired with the fact that the ski bus stop is just 50 meters away for easy access to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area, I couldn't ask for a more convenient setup. Pension Lärchenbrunn proved to be a perfect haven, blending the warmth of Austrian hospitality with the comforts of home, all while being just a short walk from the village's shops, restaurants, and après-ski spots. I'll definitely be returning-perhaps next time with a small group of fellow beer enthusiasts to explore the hidden gems of the region. Cheers to good memories!
